To improve wireless security and comply with new Microsoft connection requirements, the campus eduroam network will soon use a more secure authentication method called EAP-TLS. This change affects users who connect to eduroam using a personally owned Windows computer.

NOTE: University owned Windows computers will be automatically updated.

As part of this update, Windows devices will need a new security certificate installed before they can connect to eduroam. Devices that are not updated may be unable to access the campus wireless network after the transition in October.

To avoid any interruption in service, please complete the certificate installation process on your Windows device as soon as possible. The process only takes a few minutes and helps ensure a more secure and reliable connection to eduroam.

What You Need to Do

1. Go to MyApps and log in with your W&L credentials.

2. Click on the Secure W2 enrollment tile.
