We’re writing to make you aware of an update scheduled for Monday, July 13th. Addigy, the tool W&L uses to help manage support for Apple devices will be deploying a profile update to support upcoming changes to Apple’s operating system.
Who does this impact?
Mac users running the Mojave operating system or newer may see a request to approve control for “go-agent” on Monday.
What should you do?
Simply click “OK” when presented with the following prompt.
If you click “Don’t Allow” by accident, you can access the request again by going to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Full Disk Access and checking the box: “go-agent”.
