Intermittent Issues are Affecting the Web Help Desk Online Application

The vendor is currently working to restore full service to the Web Help Desk (WHD) application.

If you’re having trouble accessing the Web Help Desk website or using its online features, try these workarounds:

  • You can update or create tickets via email, and so far, no issues have been reported with this feature.
  • Try logging in with a different browser. For example, if you usually use Chrome, try Edge, or vice versa.
  • Log out of WHD and then log back in. Sometimes, logging in directly from MyApps can help.
  • Clear you browser cache and cookies.
  • Open an incognito window if using Chrome.
  • If uploading files as attachments to a ticket is not working, try uploading files to Box and create a Box share link instead. Alternatively, files can be sent to a ticket from email as an attachment and will appear in the comments section of the ticket instead of the attachments section.
