ITS recently introduced Research Computing as a new service category found on the ITS Dashboard. The goal of the Research Computing Team is to support faculty and students with advanced computing infrastructure, technology tools, and research computing applications for classes, research and grant-funded projects.
Whether it’s Quantum Computing, Research Software, ArcGIS, and more, users can browse available options within the new service category website. Consultative assistance is available to help determine which services or products best align with your research goals.
Additionally, W&L offers Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data storage, high-performance computing, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Users can learn more about AWS in this Fall Academy video.
Contact Tom Marcais, our Senior Technology Integration Specialist at tmarcais@wlu.edu with information about the scope of your research or teaching goals. He will help guide you through the process to determine which application or service will best fit your needs.
